My name is Rokhaya Ndiaye, and I am the CEO of Rokhaya.Flow, a Podcast & Voice Coaching business. I started this venture while living in Jamaica, and my mission is to help Women of Color wellness coaches align the way they make money with their podcasts so they can optimize their visibility and grow their community. With a background in podcast management and a passion for empowering others, I have been featured as one of the Top 8 Podpreneurs of 2021 by Yahoo Finance. After experiencing the challenges of losing my corporate job and navigating a new life in a foreign country, I made a promise to myself to never work for anyone again. Through my own healing journey and the support of a mentor, I successfully launched my podcast management business in 2020. Now, I am dedicated to giving back to the community by sharing my story and top monetizing strategies. Whether it's starting a location-independent business, optimizing podcast visibility, or finding creative ways to monetize as a podcaster, I am here to guide and support others on their journey.
